    Exposure Scenario

The Exposure Scenario (ES) under REACH is a document that describes, for each identified use of the substance, the Operational Conditions (OC) and Risk Management Measures (RMM) that the Registrant applies and recommends to the Users in the Valley for safe use of the substance.

It is a document therefore that reports the conditions to be implemented to control the exposure of Workers, Professional Users, Consumers and the Environment and are attached to the eSDS (Extended Safety Data Sheets).

According to the REACH Regulation, the Downstream User (DU) who receives an eSDS with Exposure Scenarios attached is required to verify its compliance with the ES (within 12 months) and keep documentary evidence of it, verifying that its use of the substance is covered and that its Operating Conditions and Risk Management Measures ensure a level of control at least equivalent to that reported in the ES; in essence, the Downstream User.
